What we do
- We assess and implement only the work described in the agreed scope.
- Product supply, on-site work, configuration, integration and handover are included only when stated in that scope.
- Any ongoing support is separately agreed rather than assumed.
Accounts and subscriptions
Client-owned accounts, subscriptions, data and billing remain under client control unless the written scope states otherwise.
Scope changes
If scope changes, we confirm the update before extra work starts.
Limits
We’re not responsible for third-party outages, but we document impacts and workarounds within the agreed scope.
