What we do
- We configure workflows and integrations based on an agreed scope.
- We provide a handover pack and run notes so your team can run what was set up.
- Optional support covers maintenance and routine updates after delivery.
Accounts and subscriptions
You own your software accounts and vendor subscriptions. You pay providers directly unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Scope changes
If scope changes, we confirm the update before extra work starts.
Limits
We’re not responsible for third-party outages, but we document impacts and workarounds within the agreed scope.
